Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Anverith AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Anverith AI is a B2B SaaS platform for AI governance and compliance automation. The Service includes compliance scanning, gap analysis, compliance reporting, evidence management, Trust Passport generation, and related AI governance features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days for material changes to paid plans).

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into contracts.
  • One account per person. Do not share login credentials across multiple users — use team invite instead.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another customer's data.
  • Upload malicious files, scripts, or content that could harm the platform or other users.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without written permission.
  • Use the Service to generate false compliance attestations or fraudulent reports.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Trial: 14-day free trial. Card verification is required at signup to prevent abuse — you will not be charged during the trial. Trial ends on the stated date.
  • Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused periods.
  • Late payment: If payment fails, we will notify you and allow a 7-day grace period before downgrading access.
  • Price changes: We will provide 30 days notice before changing plan pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All software, algorithms, compliance frameworks, scoring models, YAML rule sets, UI designs, and platform features are the exclusive intellectual property of Anverith AI Technologies. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

Your IP: You retain all ownership of data you upload (evidence documents, AI system descriptions, internal policies). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Compliance reports: Reports generated by the Service are based on your data and our analysis. You may share these reports externally. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated compliance data for benchmarking and platform improvement.

7. Compliance Disclaimer

Anverith provides tools and guidance to help organisations work toward compliance with AI governance frameworks. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in regulatory compliance or that compliance scores constitute legal certification. Compliance determinations depend on your specific context, implementation, and applicable regulations. Always consult qualified legal and compliance professionals for definitive compliance advice.

AI Impact Assessment reports generated by Claude AI are automated analyses and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used for regulatory filings.

8. Data and Confidentiality

We treat all data you upload as confidential. We will not disclose your organisation's compliance data, AI system information, or scores to any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to keep any non-public information about the Service (features under development, pricing structures, technical architecture) confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANVERITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India. These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act 2000, the DPDP Act 2023, and other applicable Indian laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
